Start by looking over that report and exploring the other references so that you understand the mechanisms for the spread of the disease and its impacts. Then, divide the project to undertake further background research, to create the pseudocode to guide the model coding, complete the coding, and use the model to explore various policy options.

Your instructor may choose to give you some starting code to guide your initial build of the model.
